I haven’t finished reading it yet, but Dr. Karen has an amazing way of pulling me in and making one sentence flow to the next. She also does a great job of interweaving God into her story from the very beginning. If you like to read memoirs that are well written, I highly recommend Back to Hope! Amazing book spoken through authentic stories about real life, real issues and real hope when there seems to none in sight. Dr. Hyden is extremely relatable in pain and struggles that we all face in different seasons of life. Our lives are messy and sometimes we feel we will not see the other side of struggle. She illustrates the one constant is her faith that God would not only show up but would faithfully see her through. As someone who has experienced pain struggle both past and current… this is a “must read” to help keep your eyes on the Lord and never give up HOPE.

Dr. Karen Hyden is a true renaissance woman—an author; speaker; nurse practitioner trained in functional medicine, and double board-certified in women’s health, and hospice and palliative care; a national healthcare leader with a PhD in bio-behavioral medicine; and an ordained minister and entrepreneur with an integrated wellness coaching and Christian counseling practice.
